I believe we all can grow by 1% every day. Due to the law of compounding interest, that means by the end of the year you will be 40x better than you were. When you do this over a few years, you get to reinvent yourself faster than your body replaces all its cells (that's within 7 years).
I've reinvented myself at least 3 times already. I started as a social activist, then a doctor, then a product manager. And I have no plans to stop.
Because I've done this so many times and in some of the most grueling professions like medicine and engineering. I've become accustomed to learning fast and deep.
My super power is synthesis. And I'm here to share the power of synthesis with you.
Product Manager and Tech Founder
I build products
I'm a Product Manager at Google in the Google Maps. I lead Google's Hyperlocal strategy for the last 100 meters in a Rideshare or Deliveries experience. I have had two startups in both B2B and B2C. Seratis was a care coordination mobile application for hospitals that I sold in 3.5 years and built a 10 person team. Swish was a Tinder for beauty and wellness experience.
Health and Policy
I build people
I started my career as a physician in New Zealand where I wrote a policy adopted by the national government to address the doctor workforce shortage through loan forgiveness programs. I also founded the P3 Foundation, a non-profit, now 10 years old that inspires young people to end extreme poverty through innovative programs in the Asia Pacific.
I build organizations that matter
I completed my MBA/MPA joint degree from Wharton Business School and Harvard Kennedy School respectively. I got my MD from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. I'm a proud American-Kiwi-Indian. I'm from Kashmir. I love to dance, read and write.
